Troy Mason has worked with Indigenous children over the last twenty years, managing youth homes and mentoring youth through the Justice System and Probation Services.
Working with Child and Family Services, Troy developed a strategy to help youth stay off the streets and out of the Justice System.

Rajan has thirty years of experience with the Salvation Army, where he held positions as an assistant manager and shop steward for the British Columbia General Employees' Union.
Rajan currently is the Vice President of the Richmond Hospital Healthcare Auxiliary.
Rajan is also the vice president of the Richmond District Parents Association, District 38.
